So gone are the days when Roxy is a blog slacker because we have a new bunny on the team! My new assistant, Mallory Cottontail. Thankfully Maggie Horn made the connection with Beatricebomb and now we have a brand new bunny on board! Hooray for that! So while that is the most current amazing news ever, let me tell you what has happened in the month of February and why I was too busy to type. I’m sorry, it went by so fast and it seems I was everywhere. Looking back I can not believe it was only 28 days. What a phenome 28 days it was.
Started off with Superbowl weekend in Miami on Thursday February 1st with A-trak and my Money Shot boys! Money $hot is the best party in downtown Miami and its held at the best club in Miami, the Pawn Shop. You have to check it if you ever go down south. I host it monthly.

Then the 3 year Anniversary of Monday’s @ Sway somehow went down! We did it GIRL ON GIRL style with DJ Elle + Maggie Horn.

So as soon as you can say “Roxy Go Go Go to Scandinavia” I was on a plane to Stockholm. Malaysian Airlines, probably the best airline I’ve ever flown on. Luxury! But when we got to Sweden, Anna Nicole died.
I was sad but you can’t let every celebrity fallout let you fall out right? Plus the venue looked like a Swedish Rave Cave. Their bubble machine even had neon bubble solution so everyone was covered in Rave Juice. It was incredible and so was my show.
I made a shitload of new Swedish fans, they even invited me back to play the Hulfstred Festival in June! I’m on a bill with Amy Winehouse and Ozzy Osbourne! This is going to be better than Lalapalooza in 1994!!! HOLY SHIT! Ok, here’s some more pics from that Feb 9th show in Stockholm!

Then off to Switzerland….it was a short flight to Geneva and thank god because I had this heinous moherfucker of a man on the plane in front of me. Took bad hygeine to a whole other level.
A boil and the dandruff of a diseased monster. There was also a women who held up our depature and everyone thought she was a terrorist. Maybe not everyone, just me and PO. lol It was worth the ride because Switzerland is my favorite country in the entire world! Thinking about the Swiss Alps and Bern is making me miss it so much!!! While I was there I performed at Wasserwerk which is the sickest club in Bern and possibly the sickest club in all of Switzerland. We went to soundcheck, then to the most amazing meal before the show with the promoters (Switzerland has the best food and wine in Europe). We checked in the hotel and then off to the show! So after sleeping all of 5 hours, 2 European shows and 1 new song recorded in 2 days it was time to come home to unpack and repack for Las Vegas! But not before THE PACK hosted at Sway! So after 4 daze in Vegas I was off on a short Westcoast run of dates…first to Portland to join my girl from Pratt days…Ann Marie! AM is now a fancy sneaker designer at Nike (you go girl!) and sometimes throws a party called CUTE ALERT! I spun at CUTE ALERT w/ DJ Beyonda (incredible female DJ) and Low B of Hollertronix spun the next night at Holocene. It was incredible! Seeing Ann Marie was so fun, we talked so much about the past Industrial design Pratt days together, shopped a shitload and even reimenised about being riot girls! HAHA…Mad Carnies in PDX, she taught me all about the Carnies of Portland and took me on an amazing tour of the city. Plus I was staying at the perfect little boutique hotel, THE ACE. And Ace it is. Then I was off to LA to perform for the Check Ya Ponytail posse. I forgot to mention I lost my voice in Portland, so my show was kinda like Roxy in Drag. Then finally…….I got to come home to my life again in NYC. It was a nice welcome back party for me because I spun at the Beautiful Decay party on Friday the 23rd! I actually got to hang when I wasn’t working after my set. Me, Baby Rox, Ricky and Henry held it the fuck down. Along with some crazy dudes dancing and putting on a wild show below us. Tone was once again at this event so check his pics. Another Tone was also a heavy topic of conversation. But I won’t post that link.
Then this past Monday was an event I was very happy to take part of. The White Rapper Show had their wrap party at Southpaw and I had my own party at Sway to celebrate Mike Frost of Swishahouse’s birthday. John Brown and the entire Ghetto Revival ended up in Sway. A night it was. Here’s some pics….
