After a 7 AM visit to Jerry’s Diner, with the worst service in all of Miami restaurants, the Cottontails hopped off to bed after nearly 24 hours of non-stop hustling. The afternoon began with some poolside lounging then it was off to the Unruly Suite where Scottie B, Club Queen K-Swift, and Roxy Cottontail held it down in Suite 1611 of the Miami Beach Resort & Spa. A dope DJ/sound set-up usurped the center of the room- we still don’t know where they hid the mattress or box spring! What an amazing time. One of the best WMC 2008 experiences we’ve ever had.

After a much needed disco nap on the eve of Night 3 of WMC it was time to round up the bunnies and go to the Turntable Lab VS. Mad Decent Warehouse party…it was so much fun and the music was nothing to fudge with. From Blaqstarr and Eli Escobars DJ sets to a surprise performance by Spankrock the crowd was thirsty and loving every second..we never made it to the OMD after hours but should have. Lots of Superstars in the building….

Dear Miami WMC 2008, we have brought out the massive blogging guns this week to give you up to the event, Cottontail coverage. The parties are incredible this year and the weather is too. Miami is a Sergio Mendez song come to life…tans, bootys, & flavor!!! After a lovely four hours of beauty rest we were off to the BPM Suite where Roxy was spinning, after which we hit up the legendary Scion bash at the Raleigh featuring performances by Surkin, Calvin Harris, and our girl Maggie with Curses!!! Thanks to the open bar we will take back a newfound love of mojitos to NYC!! Love from Miami!
