Hello my dear children of the night…
Before I head off to Sweden for the weekend I must take the time to show love to a true cultural curator in the NYC scene…DJ Gravy for his growing soundsystem (and new favorite party of mine) RICE AND PEAS! On Monday night I was in awe when I looked around right after SOCA QUEEN Alice Hinds got off the mic and the most gorgeous, stylish, eclectic creations of people were enjoyingthe sounds of DJ Maya and Micro Don. Thanks to everyone who made it, we’ll be doing many more RICE & PEAS parties so keep your eyes pealed.
For my Swedes, I will see you in 24 hours! Stockholm on Friday and Gotenberg on Saturday! Live shows and DJ sets. Wear your dancing shoes!
For my New Yorkers, I’m launching my first line of Oxy Cocktails with Svedka Vodka this Monday at Sway. The Carrot Drop, Cottontini and many more will be available for your pleasure Check the adorable flyer! Mastro is helping me out with this one. Sounds like a pwwwarty! And so does Room Service on Wednesday…it’s my favorite British designer KESH’s 21st BIRTHDAY!
