Anyone in the tri-state area knows that in order to stay in touch with whats current in the hip hop world you MUST stay tuned to Hot 97. They break the latest in news, concerts, gossip and most important music. Over the years I can say as an avid listener that they have evolved with the multi-faceted face of hip-hop; playing not only rap & r&b but reggae, reggaeton, and everything in between. So pretty much they know their stuff and if you hear it on Hot 97 you know its the real deal. So on that note a very BIG CONGRATULATIONS are in order for Mama Cottontail & Larry Tee because today their song “Lets Make Nasty” was definitely heard “blazin” through the Hot 97 airwaves AND as if that wasn’t enough the hot Brazilian funk track “Machuka”  produced by Kassiano (a close friend of Mama Cottontail’s) was played right after! Kudos to DJ Enuff he was definitely on a roll!!!!!!
